Due to lack of volunteers from our membership to run our stall, we have regrettably had to cancel our attendance at this event.

The event is still taking place though, so you will be able to go and enjoy the other stalls and activities.

Our second Solar Viewing Event of the summer will be at the Pleasley Pit Nature Study Group's Wildlife Day on 3rd June.

Join us to view the Sun through our special Solar telescopes (weather permitting), and also enjoy the other stalls and activities provided by PPNSG.

Note - our telescopes are specially filtered for viewing the Sun. It is very dangerous to look directly at the Sun through any telescopes or binoculars that haven't been adapted, or even just looking with your eyes.
