Due to lack of volunteers from our membership to load and transport our stall and equipment, we have regrettably had to cancel our attendance at this event.

The event is still taking place though, so you will be able to go and enjoy the other stalls and activities.

Our fifth Solar Viewing Event of the summer will be at the Pleasley Pit Trust's Open Weekend on 8th September.

Join us to view the Sun through our special Solar telescopes (weather permitting), and also enjoy the other stalls and activities at the Open Weekend.

Note - our telescopes are specially filtered for viewing the Sun. It is very dangerous to look directly at the Sun through any telescopes or binoculars that haven't been adapted, or even just looking with your eyes.
